This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Backra AI ("Backra", "we", "us") offers refunds for credit purchases.
1. Digital Goods
Credits purchased on Backra are digital goods that are consumed each time you process an image. Because credits and the resulting AI outputs are delivered immediately and incur third-party processing costs, all sales are generally final.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We may grant a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate transaction).
- Credits were purchased but never deposited to your account due to a technical fault on our side.
- A significant Service outage prevented you from using purchased credits within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds required by applicable consumer protection law.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Credits that have been fully or partially used.
- Dissatisfaction with the artistic quality, style, or composition of generated outputs (AI outputs are inherently variable).
- Failure to read the Service description, pricing, or these Terms before purchase.
- Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.
4. EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you typically have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By purchasing credits and using them to generate at least one image before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the Service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once any credit has been consumed. Unused credits within the 14-day window may still be refunded on request.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email us from the email address associated with your account at backrapersonal@gmail.com, including:
- Your account email;
- The transaction date and amount;
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted.
