Image Upload Best Practices
Get the best results by following these guidelines
Resolution & Size
Use high-resolution images (2000px+ recommended). Higher quality inputs produce better results. Images are automatically optimized during upload.
Supported Formats
JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats are supported. HEIC images from iPhones are automatically converted to JPG for processing.
Lighting
Ensure good, even lighting with minimal harsh shadows. Natural daylight or well-lit photos work best. Avoid extreme backlighting or dark images.
Background
Any background works, but simpler backgrounds help the AI focus on your product. Avoid very busy or cluttered backgrounds for best results.
Camera Angle
Capture products straight-on at eye level when possible. Avoid extreme angles unless intentional. Show the full product without cropping important details.
Image Quality
Avoid blurry or pixelated photos. Keep products in focus. Multiple small products should be well-separated and clearly visible.
